Acknowledgment of Risks
I fully understand that all treatments or classes organized by mano yoga studio involve physical contact and intense movements, which may lead to physical injuries.
Declaration and Assurance of Health Condition
Before participating in treatments or classes, I declare and assure at my own expense, judgment, and responsibility that I have no health, physical, or medical problems or abnormalities.
Response to Health Concerns
・If any health concerns arise, I will receive appropriate and sufficient diagnosis from my primary doctor.
・If there are any such issues, I will submit a health certificate before participating.
Inspection of Studio Equipment
・I confirm and agree that I have the right and obligation to inspect the mats, studio equipment, and tools used during classes or workshops.
・If it is confirmed that the equipment is unsafe, or if actions or movements requiring more than my ability are recognized, I will immediately stop the actions, movements, or use of the equipment and notify the instructor or person in charge.
Waiver of Liability
During participation in treatments or classes, even if I am injured or become ill due to participation in the program, I will not hold any parties involved (limited to officers and employees of mano yoga studio, invited lecturers, instructors, contractors, and other equivalent parties) responsible, unless it is based on their intentional or gross negligence.
